Everything you need to know about RAYIYS
When you subscribe to any plan, you receive wash credits. These credits can be used to order laundry services. Different clothes and services require different credits.
Wash credits expire after the number of days specified in your plan (typically 30 days). You will receive 3 email reminders before expiration. Expired credits can be redeemed by paying a small fee.
Yes! You can transfer wash credits to any other RAYIYS user. Just go to your dashboard and select the transfer option.
This is our weekly photo contest where active subscribers can upload their best photo. Other users vote, and the winner gets exciting prizes and features on our homepage.
After subscribing and getting wash credits, go to "Create Order", select your cloth categories and services, then submit. We will confirm your order and pick up your clothes.
Yes! We offer both pickup and delivery services. You can request this when placing your order.
You can earn rewards through: 1) Referring friends (₦500 per referral), 2) Reaching subscription milestones (badges), 3) Joining our affiliate program, 4) Winning Face of RAYIYS contest.
We accept all major payment methods through Paystack including cards, bank transfer, and USSD.
